If you're having a problem making a payment, please check with your bank first to (i) ensure that you have enough funds to make your purchase, and (ii) that your bank is not blocking the transaction particularly for customers that are not based in the Caribbean.

TickeTing is 100% paperless. Our platform is designed to be secure, and friendly to the environment. Your tickets live in your ticket wallet on your account, which can be accessed from any Android or iOS device once you sign in using your TickeTing Username and Password. You can access your ticket in the app even when offline or without data.
We currently accept VISA and Mastercard only. We are working with our partners to bring on more payment options to our platform as soon as possible.
